Policy

A $500 deposit is required which is nonrefundable unless the date is rebooked.

An additional $1000 payment is required for all weddings, 3 months prior to the engagement.

All prices quoted are firm for 30 days, thereafter subject to change.

Final guarantee, as to number of persons, to be given one week in advance.

No food or alcoholic beverages are to brought into the building, with the exception of Wedding Cakes and Pastries.

A $250 cleaning charge will be added if confetti is thrown.

The Wellington House prohibits any items to be fastened to any interior walls; i.e., tape, tacks, nails, etc.

Wedding on Premises is $200 extra.

A minimum dollar amount is required for Saturday parties. A labor charge will apply if the party is extended over 4 hours.

All extensions must be approved by the management of The Wellington House.

Open Bar Cost is based on consumption.

We will not be responsible for articles left in the building after the function.

Prices quoted do not include 19% service charge and 8% sales tax.
